Agricultural Attache of US Embassy Attended BOBC Alaska Seafood Introduction Event

BOBC Alaska seafood cooking and tasting event was co-hosted by Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and BOBC on Jan the 17th 2010 in Trader's Hotel. Mr. Joshua Lagos, agricultural attache of US Embassy and over 100 BOBC VIP members and customers who love culinary entertaining were invited to the luncheon. Through the event and BOBC 2010 Chinese New Year eco-friendly gift cards BOBC first introduced Alaska seafood into its customers. BOBC added Alaska salmon, snow crab, cod fish and pollocks to its products line for the sale of 2010 Spring Festival. The guests showed great interests while a whole Alaska wild salmon was cured and cooked in front of their eyes lively.
